Shipping & Returns


We charge a flat rate of $12.00 per order for regular postage Australia-wide. All items are posted via Australia Post. Free postage for all Australian orders over $99. Healthy Hut will do its best to process your order within 2 business days of receipt. Your order should arrive within 4-10 business days depending on your location. If you have any questions in regards to the delivery of your order, please contact our office by email at Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item we can no longer supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed or a refund of the item that is no longer available. We are unable to make changes or additions to online orders once they have been submitted. All additions must be treated as new orders and may incur a shipping fee. We encourage you to double check your order before checking out. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.


If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form. PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. No responsibility is taken for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
